Back from Ihilani...

...and what a nice relaxing overnighter it was! Though I have to admit that the Taxbusters party itself was anything BUT fun. :P There were so many mishaps along the way and we were rushing around the entire evening to make sure that everything went according to schedule that I can't even remember tasting the food or getting to speak at length with anyone there. :P Not to mention the dozens of mosquitoes that were flying around that night that decided to feast upon me and the other girls. :P ICK! :P

Afterward it was REALLY nice to get to soak in a bubble bath back at the hotel and sleep in a nice air conditioned room! The room was absolutely beautiful (the bathroom alone was larger than our entire hotel room in NYC!) and the view was just spectacular! :)

One of the nicest things about the weekend was that I ended up seeing niwrad2180 there and got to eat brunch with him and two other friends from my old branch - which was wonderful! :) I hadn't seen them all since I left my branch for the back office in January. All in all it was a very nice weekend. :)

We were VERY excited to pick up the fuzzy dog today from the in-laws. :) It was just one evening, but it didn't feel right not to have her following me from room to room and sleeping on my pillow above my head at night. She was really happy to see us, but I'm sure she had a great weekend and got spoiled rotten by Mark's folks. :)

I hope you all had a nice weekend! I'm off to give some attention to Sydney and drink about a gallon of water. :)
