Yay for Julie Ann! :D I couldn't be more happy for her - there isn't a nicer, harder working couple out there than Kevin and Julie and they are really deserving of all the success they've had recently. :D All of you who have gone to see her in the show - thank you SO much! It means so much to me that you all went to support her show. :) Hopefully all this exposure will be a great thing for her career! :) If you haven't already seen "Hitch," please do - Julie's SO wonderful in it! :)
In related news, I can't believe that I leave for LA in just two days! :) It seems that I've been planning this trip for such a long time and I can't wait to see everyone (and to see Kevin in "My Way"). After everything that's been happening at work, I think I need a major stress-relieving vacation - it'll be nice to be away from the office, even if it's for a couple of days. I know that I just came back from NYC not too long ago, but with everything that's been going on, I'm in need of some serious theatre-therapy. ;)
Tomorrow is my co-worker's birthday. :) We were going to do a surprise lunch for him, but he figured it out (which is not hard to do with our team of really bad liars). :) It's okay because that way we wouldn't have to sneak around and he could actually help to pick out the food. :) So there's more eating tomorrow - which is a bad thing since I've been eating pretty much non-stop since... oh, Thanksgiving? ;) So much for trying to stick to a diet! :P
On a different note, I went baby shopping the other day for a friend of mine who recently had the most precious little baby girl. :) All the clothes in the store were so adorable and I started to feel that old familiar ticking of the biological clock again. :P Mark & I did manage to speak about it briefly the other night - which was pretty much a feat in itself. I'm not sure what'll happen in our future, but at least neither of us is ruling it out completely anymore. :)
I'm off to shoo the dog away from my suitcase (she loves to sniff everything I pack) and start packing for my trip. :) Hope you all have a nice evening. :)
