- Total amount of music files on your computer?
Wow... I'd have to say at a rough guess, about 500 or so in iTunes. All of them musical theatre songs and most of them from cast recordings that I love.

"A New Brain" on Amazon (which I just love!). I also recently bought "Gunmetal Blues" (the Laguna Playhouse cast), "My Life With Albertine", and "Martin Guerre" on my last trip to the Virgin Megastore in NYC. :)

"You Should Be Loved" from Side Show - it's a constant in my rotation of favorites on my iPod, because I love the song and because Norm Lewis has the voice of a God. :)

- "You Can Always Count On Me" from City of Angels - Not only is this one of my favorite musicals, but I love this song because it's hilarious and it's so me! I could've easily be Oolie/Donna through most of my life. :P "I'm one of a long line of girls who choose the wrong guy to be sweet on. The girl with a face that says welcome that men can wipe their feet on." :P
- "I Want It All" from Baby - this song encompasses what most women these days feel. They want families, they want careers, and want to lead exciting lives. I like it because it's a fun song, but there's a lot of truth to it and I can really identify with some of the lyrics...
- "Colors of Paradise" from Spitfire Grill - I don't know why, but I was really touched by this musical and at the end when the reprise of this song was sung, I was literally in tears...
- "I'd Rather Be Sailing" from A New Brain - as stated earlier, Norm Lewis has the voice of a God! But this song is also such a touching love song (at least I interpret it as one) - I love it. *SIGH*
- "This Is Not Over Yet" from Parade - this song is so uplifting and full of hope and the moment that Leo really realizes what a treasure his wife is. I love this whole musical, but this song is one of my favorites (and even nicer when Kevin sang it at the Mother's Day Concert a few years ago.) *SIGH*
- What new music are you really excited for in the coming year so far?
New cast recordings, mostly. If I mention the one I'm really excited about, I'll get laughed out of my journal so I won't mention it. Let's just say that it I know it was recorded and I'm still waiting for word from Kevin about its release date. ;)
