Such a sad day in theatre...  
Found this on ATC just now...

"Renowned writer Peter Stone dies"

How sad...I LOVED "1776" and it has grown to be one of my favorite shows. What a huge loss for the theatre community. :(

I know...I was so sad when I found out. :( I pulled out my "1776" DVD and plan to watch it again tonight... No director's notes though...that would be too sad...
