I'm so glad it's almost the weekend! :)
Thank goodness today is Friday, I don't think I could handle any more of this week. :P I won't go into all sordid details at work, but in a nutshell we finally received word that our big broker dealer conversion is going through in September which is making my BIG boss VERY stressed, which, in turn makes all of our work lives a living hell. :P That, coupled with the array of calls from the other department heads to yell at me for things that I have no control over has made this week entirely too long for me. :P

On a MUCH more pleasant note, this weekend Mark & I are meeting Susan and Fredrick to see "Episode III". :) I'm not much of a Star Wars fan, but Mark is a REAL diehard and I really love seeing him so excited about it! :D We'll probably try to catch the Saturday 9am show and then go to eat a late breakfast somewhere. I miss spending time with Susan :( so I'm really looking forward to this. :)

Finally got around to writing down some of my reactions to "Applause". I'm probably going to have to rent "All About Eve" this weekend since I've been really curious to see how the characterizations differ from the musical.

And did anyone happen to see Lily (Julie Dixon Jackson's daughter) on "Stacked" this past Wednesday night? It's the first time that I've ever seen the show, so I really didn't know what to expect. Lily was the cute girl at the end wearing the green outfit and answering the question about calcium. :) Anyway, if you didn't get the chance to see it, I've uploaded a couple of screencaps...

I'm off to get ready for work, I hope you all have a nice Friday!

Lily really looks cute. What kind of show is "Stacked"?

I'm sorry to hear about the stress at work. :( Here you already had reached the weekend. :) I too loved Star Wars and esp. Han Solo. :D Watching the movie and then have a late breakfast sounds great to me - hope you all will have a nice time.

Please take care, Sheri. *Hugs*

Lily is so adorable. :) The last time I saw her was about three years ago and she was so outgoing, even back then! :) "Stacked" is a new comedy series that stars Pamela Anderson. I'd never think to watch it normally, but I had to tune in to see Lily!

I'm very excited to be able to see Susan this weekend. :) I do like Star Wars, but I'm probably one of the very few that didn't see the original trilogy when it first came out.

Hope you have a nice weekend, Sabine! *HUGS* :D

How absolutely cute she is!!

I'm sorry about work - does this mean it's going to be hell until Sept? What a way to spend the summer.

You're way too nice - I bet these dept heads call to complain to you because you're too sweet and listen to their crap. You need to tell them to shut up and deal with it! (easier said than done though).

Lily is so cute and she's so talented too! :)

Work will probably be VERY stressful until the end of summer, but I just have to keep reminding myself that I love my job and that it could definitely be a lot worse. Thanks for your kind comments. :)

I saw the show Lily was on. :) So cute and she's great. I hope her future is very bright. :D

Sorry about the work woes.

Have fun this Saturday. :) I'm not into the Star Wars scene all that much either. I liked the first three more.

Yay! Thanks for watching "Stacked", Carrie! :) Lily's so great, and she already has such a HUGE resume for someone so young! :D

Episode III was actually pretty good, I have to admit. :)
