Prince of Egypt...

...I spent most of my afternoon watching "The Prince of Egypt" - so I could get a more sympathetic view of Ramses (the next character that Kevin will be playing in LA). Most movies portray him as simply the evil brother of Moses, but at least in this animated version, he seems to evoke some sympathy. I wonder how Kevin will choose to play him - since his "evil" characters are never completely evil anyway.

I can't wait until October - it's been a while since Kevin's had a meaty role that really showcased his acting skills (his role in Millie was light and funny - but NOT a representation of his abilities as an actor at all!)

Spent much of the day catching up on email, updated a few of my sites, and spent time lounging with Sydney. Even though we have a HUGE couch downstairs, it's funny that we all choose to cram ourselves into the tiny little love-seat to watch TV. :) It must look hilarious to anyone looking in that the three of us are squashed into a tiny love-seat when the nice big couch is completely empty. :) We're nothing if not a close family, I guess. ;)

And I completely ruined my "healthier eating phase" today by buying a plate lunch (for those who don't know what it is, it's a scoop of macaroni salad, two scoops of rice, and an entree like teriyaki chicken) I haven't eaten a plate lunch in months - it was extremely good, but SOOOO bad for me. :( I plan to start a whole new diet next weekend - and this time, I'm serious. :)

And I made one of these because I saw everyone else making one:
Take my Quiz on QuizYourFriends.com!

I know I've made something similar a while back, but I have a lot of new people on my friend's list and I promise the questions on this one are easier. :) And you don't have to be a registered LJ user to take it. :)

Off to watch the supplemental DVD to "Taken" - I bought a previously viewed copy of it to see if there are any Julie Ann interviews on them. :) Hope you all had a nice weekend. :)
