Adventures in Food: Korean Sushi Edition... YUM!

I'm a little behind on my food posts, mostly because lots of things have been happening theatre-wise recently and my little food adventures had been sort of pushed to the side... A couple of weeks ago, Mark & I went to Shirokiya so I could get some freshly made Korean Sushi.

Korean Sushi differs greatly from the regular sushi that most people are used to... for one, the rice is not vinegar based, instead it sesame oil based (which I like MUCH more). It usually contains items such as beef, carrots, egg, watercrest, pickled radish, etc... But I asked the lady to make me one without the beef. It was AMAZING!
