Julie Ann was in "Snow Wonder" tonight. :)
Oh my gosh! What luck that I changed the station when I did! Julie Ann's Christmas special - "Snow Wonder" is on CBS right now! :D It's a shame that I didn't know earlier and I'm not home to tape it! :( This is what she was filming in Louisiana back in July when I saw Kevin in "Guys & Dolls." :) Did anyone happen to catch it on TV tonight?
On a completely different note, today I was debating whether or not to see "King & I" at Musical Theatre West. I had tickets, but I've been so sleep deprived recently that I thought I might opt to just skip it and hibernate until my early flight tomorrow morning... But, I ended up going and I'm actually very glad that I did. :) MTW always puts on slick, professional musicals with nice sets and great casts - and this was no exception. Daniel Guzman (who I'd seen before in "Most Happy Fella") was great as the King - he was funny, commanding, and VERY appealing. I'm ashamed to say that I've never seen this musical before and I ended up being pleasantly surprised by it.
While I was waiting for the show to begin, I found out that Bets is going to be in a Christmas concert with MTW on (of all days) December 9th. It's THE SAME night as Kevin's concert at the Norris Center. :( Sadly, I won't be able to make it to either of them. :(
I can't believe that I'm finally going home tomorrow! :) It feels like SUCH a long time since I've been home, I really love to travel, but this trip was a little too long... I haven't seen Mark or Sydney for 10 days. :( Hopefully I'll be able to survive the flights home (please think good thoughts for me that no flights were overbooked by 21 people like on the way over!) :[
I'm off to watch "Snow Wonder." Hope you all have a nice evening. :)
