This year we went to L'Uraku Restaurant - which is an upscale, Asian restaurant that serves "tasting menus". They have 5 or 6 dishes of sushi, salad, and appetizers before the main course. The portions are very small, but it's interesting to taste a lot of different things that I don't think I'd ever order on my own. I ended up having the Miso Braised Short Ribs and Mark had the Snapper. The food was so delicious and it was great spending time with Susan and Frederick. :)
Frederick, Susan, Mark, and I at L'Uraku. The atmosphere is nice too - painted umbrellas hang from the ceiling and the service is always very laid back and friendly.
I wish it was more than once a year that we could all go out and just spend a nice evening together. :)
Well, I'm off to Longs with the hubby, he needs to pick up more contact solution and I have to get going on wrapping the gifts for my office folks! Hope you're all having a nice Sunday!
