After work, Mark took me to P.F. Chang's for some of the best veggie Chinese food I've ever eaten! We had the stir fried eggplant, the veggie chow fun, and the shanghai cucumbers... SOOO yummy! :) For dessert we had this thing called "The Lucky 8" - it was this incredible chocolate filled spring roll with warm caramel & peanut butter dipping sauce and crushed toffee chips all around - it was to-die-for!! I've definitely found my new favorite restaurant! :) Mark & I have promised to go back -- VERY soon! :)

This is the lovely bouquet that Mark got for me. :)
I loved the vibrant colors of the flowers!
I have the most amazing hubby!! :)
Here's that AMAZING dessert I was talking about earlier - The Lucky 8. :)
Those are the chocolate filled spring rolls with the caramel & peanut butter dipping sauce...
HEAVEN, I tell ya!! :)
I just wished I wasn't so full by the time it arrived...
Being full didn't seem to slow Mark down one bit! :)
I've also been spending the last few days in David and Keith bliss watching "Six Feet Under". I'm up to episode 6 of season one and for some reason, unlike "Queer as Folk", I can't seem to watch too many in succession... Heck, I could watch QaF the entire night and be done with a season in less than two days! :) As much as I love SFU, I can't take more than one episode per night. I love the show, though - it's so brilliantly written. And though "Queer as Folk" will always have a special place in my heart, David & Keith's love story is FAR more realistic than anything I've ever seen on TV before. They're complex and not always perfect, but I just love them!!
Hope you're all having a nice week. :) I'm off to do some web work and catch up on all of your entries. Big *HUGS* to you all!!
