Happy Thanksgiving to all...

...the wonderful friends on my friends' list!! :) I know I don't say it nearly as much as I should, but I constantly feel blessed that I've met all of you here and I'm SOOOO thankful for all of your love and friendship!!

On a similar, but rather downbeat note, this year is going to be a little difficult for us, since it's the first holiday season that Mark & I have been together where we don't have Sydney. :( We've been at a complete loss about what to do for our holiday card picture and newsletter this year... Should we even send anything out? And we just know our holiday visiting of the family will be very sad without her around to sniff and beg people for food. :(

On a less depressing note, we are heading over to the in-laws in a bit with Ted's Bakery Chocolate pies in tow (it was a nightmare - as it is every year - trying to obtain these pies before they sell out!) and we will be spending lovely quality time with our families. :) I've also heard that my sister-in-law was sweet enough to obtain a veggie stuffing recipe and will be bringing that to the meal as well - how sweet of her!!

Then this evening, we're headed to my uncle's house with my Mom to join their family in a Thanksgiving feast... LOTS of eating, LOTS of calories, but LOTS of family time, and ultimately LOTS of fun. Hope you all have a lovely Thanksgiving!! I'm off to get ready to go to the in-laws!! Big HUGS!!!
