confusedWhat I think it really was, was more of a needed distraction to my Series 7 studying. :P I'm beginning to hate options and margins. :P I tried as best I could but I couldn't even make it through the entire chapter today... :P I'm beginning to wonder if I'll be able to pass the exam this time around - (I only have one chance to pass it this time!)
Oh, and I guess I forgot to mention the biggest work news of all. On Friday our big boss (my boss' boss and head of our department) announced his resignation. :O It was all a big shock to us, and we're all going to hate to see him go because he'd done a lot for our department. When he came to us 5 years ago, we were the outcasts of the bank - everyone hated us, they thought we were taking all of their deposits, etc. But through all of his work, we became an important department of the bank... And now he's leaving... :( I probably didn't mention it yesterday because I was still in denial. I guess my big worry is who will take over for him. :( That and having to field all the frantic calls from the reps (who just found out via email on Friday at 5pm) on Monday morning. :P
And DAMN! I have to see this show! I guess it means that I have to try to get to NYC before the end of May. :P My previous thought that it might get extended was crushed by Kevin who mentioned that "Pacific Overtures" was going to move into Studio 54 after "Assassins" closes, and he knew because Francis Jue (of "Millie") was cast in it. Wonder how bad airfares will be during the non-winter season to NYC? :P
Well, off to TRY to study some more...
